Steve Jessmore is an award winning photographer specializing in conservation and bird photography. When not photographing for many of Michigan’s colleges and universities, he can often be found making images from his kayak on the Torch River. A 30-year career photojournalist and now freelancer, he is the winner of four National Audubon photography awards in 2021-23 and many other international and national awards including the Robert F.
