Sharon, a Chemical Engineer with an MBA and a 40-year career at General Motors, enjoys Northern Michigan life, environmental activism, and water-based leisure activities since retiring as an Engineering Manager.
Bruce Hulteen
Bruce, an MSU alum and retired UPS Operations Manager, with long-standing family ties to Torch Lake, seeks to give back through service on the Torch Lake Protection Alliance’s board.
Mark Jasonowicz
Mark, a retired CPA and former Chief Deputy Director for the Michigan DSS, with a passion for Torch Lake, seeks to preserve its beauty through the Torch Lake Protection Alliance after a career in public service and education.

Tom, an experienced aerospace engineer and former Engineering Director at Ford, cherishes family time at Torch Lake and supports the TLPA’s mission to preserve it for future generations.

Steve, with a background in Automotive Management from WMU and a career at Ford and Extang Corporation, is now dedicated to preserving Torch Lake and enjoys outdoor activities and automotive hobbies.

Rick, a lifelong environmental advocate with advanced degrees in forestry and natural resources policy, and a career in water policy research and academia, is dedicated to preserving the legacy of Torch Lake for future generations.
Dave Martin
Dave Martin, with a lifelong connection to Torch Lake and a background in music education and leadership at YMCA Camp Hayo-Went-Ha, is dedicated to outdoor life and the stewardship of Michigan’s natural resources.
Bob Milliron
Bob is a self-confessed “fresh air addict” who has lived on Torch since 2012. Bob served for more than nine years on the TLPA Board serving as Secretary most recently.
Norm Neuenschwander
Norm, a retired General Motors engineer, cherishes living at Torch Lake, serving as the Treasurer on the TLPA board, and creating lasting memories with his family at their lakeside home.
Dan Sajkowski
Dan, a chemical engineering PhD and retired BP executive with a distinguished career spanning venture capital and academia, now serves as President of TLPA and enjoys fly fishing, astrophotography, and chess.
Wayne Lancaster
Wayne, a retired university professor, has spent many summers at his family home on Torch Lake fishing, playing pinochle and sitting near a blazing fire pit and now wishes to contribute to the Torch Lake Protection Alliance in its efforts to preserve all that’s great about Torch Lake.
